As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, your responsibility will be to support the CMO, PepsiCo Energy and the broader Energy team with administrative assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and provide administrative support to CMO/VP of Energy Marketing
  • Managing his travel and expenses through Concur and coordinating key meetings
  • Coordinate / attend weekly energy team meetings (build agenda)
  • Work with VP’s leadership team on scheduling key marketing meetings/check-ins especially meetings in the LA energy office.
  • Support brand X (Energy experiential marketing team) with product requests for all major experiential events throughout the year.
  • Support total Energy marketing team with PO and invoice management working with team and GBS.
  • Coordinate team building initiatives and overall support for maintenance of brand team culture and employee morale (conduit to key team culture items / programming year-round – i.e., Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holiday, etc.) – bring your energy.

Additional Accountabilties:

  • Manage Distribution List (DL), Org Chart, Team Contacts, Hire Dates, POR Contacts, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate brand off-site meetings and special events (in-house and off-site, hotels, catering, transportation, etc.).
  • Provide extensive administrative support for key marketing-wide meetings (teams/room bookings, catering, timing, etc.)
  • Coordinate employee recognitions, celebrate team milestones events (i.e., birthdays, baby showers, weddings, etc.)
  • Assist with employee recognition (through PEP Awards and Recognition site)
  • Support broader Energy brand team with overall administrative support as needed
  • On-Board new team members with welcome kits, computer, desk locations, etc.
  • Manage inventory / storage room of branded items / premiums and assist with ad-hoc distribution requests

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel as well as Teams, Word, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, Concur and usage of systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, and collaborate with others
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder requests
  • Ability to multitask (Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously)
  • Organization: Disciplined at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and conveying information in organized manner
  • Follow Through: Dependable responsiveness to ad-hoc requests and frequent communication with VP
  • Proactive Problem-solving: Possesses strong problem-solving skills and prioritization skills
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of levels within the organization and external partners
