- Optimize machine utilization to delivery targets with cost, quality, and services
- Build manufacturing service and maintenance team to work with efficient for target achievement
- Build engineering capability both in terms of organization and people
- Set up long-term strategic plan for engineering function, monitoring annual CAPEX plan
- Exhibits safety and environment awareness, practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed with EHS requirements
- Manage effective Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply
- Manage the service level of maintenance improvement program
- Manage & Control and of Repair & Maintenance cost
- Manage maintenance for food safety program
- Manage Recon program to achieve the target
- Manage Engineering team to execute CAPEX within budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope
- Drive continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target
- Manage MESS and LOTO program
- Manage effective Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply
- Manage the service level of maintenance improvement program
- Support EHS system and ISO systems
- Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or related engineering fields or Master degree in Engineering, MBA, Engineering Management or related fields is a plus
- Minimum 10 years experiences in Engineering Management at manufacturing
- Has experiences in Food industry, FMCG will be advantageous
- TPM / WCM / Lean experience is preferable
- Certified Six Sigma– Black Belt is also advantage.
- Experiences in SAP execution
- Good computer literature in Microsoft office. / Microsoft power BI
- Good in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
