The purpose of the role is to:• Support Spare Parts Ordering processes in collaboration with plant and SC function• Plants’ production supporting materials purchasing • Provide Spare Parts checking and monitoring related issues for plants leveraging technology• Leverage MyBuy system to conduct ordering related tasks• Create/complete reports following standardized templates as provided by BU / plants

System operation activities:• Input PR from engineers into MyBuy• Check spare parts name, parameter, supplier info, category etc.• Place order in MyBuy• Track PO status in MyBuy and coordinate with suppliers• Deal with spare parts invoicing issues if any exceptions  • Develop new suppliers as needed

Reporting activities:• Generate spare parts related reports per requested by plants• Conduct regular monitoring of spare parts inventory • Inventory optimization analysis on right safety stock level setup in SAP• Monthly reporting and tracking

• Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 2 year of procurement experience in manufacturing industry• Experience in Foods industry manufacturing is desired. • SAP expertise required.• Good skills in Microsoft Office, other analytics tools such as PowerApps, Power BI, Tableau desired.• Possess high personal integrity and standards• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills• Customer-centric and collaborative• Good English skill in reading and writing• Be able to work under pressure
