ResponsibilitiesWhat we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Depot Manager to join the team in Rosslyn. The main purpose of the role is
to manages the sales and distribution functions of a large size operation inclusive of orders, warehousing and fleet management. Develops and maintains optimum sales and delivery plans. Effectively maximise market share whilst ensuring the availability of products to drive customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Analysed sales forecasts & competitor activities
- Formulated and managed plans ie. volume, price & promotions
- Planned distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes & customers and optimised fleet utilisation
- Executed customer service delivery incl. orders, products, queries & cash and optimised stock management of final goods
- Managed team, equipment and vehicles including crates, pallets, scales and forklifts
What will qualify you for the role
- Six years relevant experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Good communication skills
- Leadership
- Punctual
- Sound knowledge in IR
