Responsibilities

Sourcing:

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
  • Actively source for passive and active candidates for L8 to LG3 level using a wide range of search techniques and channels
  • Promote employer brand offline and online to attract candidates, by positively presenting company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Interact with potential candidates (both internal and external)
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline (tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns) to address future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate database on applicant tracking system
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing
  • Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions
  • Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) is required
  • Strong Social Media recruitment experience
