Sourcing:
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Actively source for passive and active candidates for L8 to LG3 level using a wide range of search techniques and channels
- Promote employer brand offline and online to attract candidates, by positively presenting company and open roles to potential candidates
- Interact with potential candidates (both internal and external)
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline (tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns) to address future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate database on applicant tracking system
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing
- Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions
- Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) is required
- Strong Social Media recruitment experience
