Overview

Shopper Marketing lead, expert in the field driving the full Nordics BTL calendar across four markets (DK/SE/FI/NO). Leads, develops, executes and evaluates in-store marketing initiatives, in order to maximize conversion and build brand equity in close collaboration with local distributors, brand managers and the commercial team.

This person has full ownership of BTL A&M budget on Foods / PO1 initiatives. Additionally she/he manages one FTE (Jr. Shopper Marketing Manager) and is the primary face of PepsiCo Shopper Marketing towards the distributor on a daily basis. Overall contributing to the execution of the Commercial Building Blocks as defined in the annual Joint Business Plan.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to joint business planning, execution and reviews, as functional expert in field of shopper marketing
  • Full accountability of in-store marketing campaigns and calendars, securing flawless execution of activations throughout the Nordics  across different relevant touchpoints
  • Contribute to holistic support calendar on market level, together with Brand- and Commercial Managers to ensure flawless in-store execution (360 approach across departments) of all planned initiatives.
  • The primary face and counterpart of PepsiCo shopper marketing towards distributors on a daily basis (activation planning, local adaptations of campaigns, development of POSM, briefing of FSF, Retailer Media tools etc.)
  • Budget ownership for BTL A&M, management & reporting (working closely with local Finance Business Partner)
  • Responsible for ROI analysis of prior campaigns / historical data and competitor performance
  • Supports Brand Managers, as sparring partner for local brand marketing strategies, innovation implementation
  • Works with local creative / printing agencies and other gadget or POSM suppliers to deliver calendar
Qualifications
  • Academic level business administration / business economics
  • 4+ years’ experience in a FMCG, strong track record in (shopper) marketing
  • Analytical skills (ROI analysis and insights generation)
  • Understanding of the Nordic retail environment
  • Fluency in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (DK/NO/SE)
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple, functional stakeholders
  • Energetic, result oriented and with shopper centric mindset
  • Natural relationship builder with strong collaboration skills (teamplayer)
  • Good presentation, communication & project management skills
