- Work with BU GTM team to understand GTM strategy, operating principles and sales routing requirements
- Prioritize and prepare Routing objectives as per AOP or routing plans
- Engage with the UM/TDM on improving Route productivity KPI’s and suggest them implement desired changes.
- Work along with local sales project teams on Pre-work Requirements – Validating Customer master file, Work with local Sales Analysts to conduct outlet segmentation, Validate frequency of visit and geocoding outlets
- Using the GTM digital routing tool, generate balanced field sales routes based on set KPIs (Eg: # customers, segmentation, call frequency/day, sales volume and min-max daily/weekly route completion times)
- Conduct Routing process: (Lead Data Collection, Input outlet and DC data into routing software, model current state to establish baseline and validate data, prepare routing scenarios to assess headcount needs/savings, create new routes as per business objectives, Prepare Work Change Plan, Support Work Change Plan execution)
- Partner with Field Sales team to ensure route plans are properly vetted and delivered in accordance with the established timeline and productivity / tactical objectives
- Continuously review and scrub geo-fencing data to ensure accuracy and currency. Update route plans as required.
- Develop and deliver reporting, including call compliance & call effectiveness and before/after comparison. Share key insights and recommendations with Field Sales team for future implementation
- Prepare qualitative route performance analysis to highlight further optimization opportunities and recommendations
- Modify route solutions based on feedback from GTM / Frontline Managers and in line with established routing principles
- Train new routers as required
- Bachelors degree in Business or related filed
- Basic English language proficiency
- 1-2 years experience in Sales, logistics, or supply chain with an FMCG Company is a must
- Experienced with Routing / Logistics software (desirable)
- Project management skills is a plus
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop metrics, analyze and implement improvements
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Results oriented with robust planning and follow up skills
