ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
LATAMs DVC team helps to design, build and deploy end to end value chain solutions across LATAM. As part of the Smart Distribuiton value steam, we will design and deploy sophisticated optimization applicatations that include (Inbound Control Tower, Digital S&OP, Probalistic Forecasting, Vendor Managed Inventory and Customer Relationship Management). This role will support all compontets related to the Customer Service portion of the scope (VMI) which includes development of new applications, IT and Vendor collaboration, change management, new process design and extensive key stakeholder engagment.
Your Impact
As SC Manager your scope would consist of
• Lead VMI Implementation across LATAM• Lead Technical Solution with Vendor & Data Management Support• Guide and influence local teams from Ops Sr Directors / VP to supply Chain managers and associates to incorporate new capabilities and processes• Collaborate with Global Digital Product Team to build aligned capabilities• Collaborate with Sales Strategy / CCO to enable Customer Service Agenda• Change Agent to lead process transformation across LATAM: • Communication / influence across multiple levels of the organization• Support business process requirements gathering• Support tech functional design including gap analysis• Provide process support for Security, Data and system integration• Support testing activities and defect resolution from Unit testing through User Acceptance testing• Support data maintenance processes and data cleansing activities• Support static data loads• Develop and execute business customer procedures• Support deployment activities• Support go-live activities• Provide hyper-care assistance• Support the development and delivery of end-user training materials• Support the development of the business readiness and change management approach• Provide knowledge transfer of all process and technical information with the sustainment organization• Meet project milestones, report progress, document and project Risks, or Issues.• Supports change communications in conjunction with LATAM Change Lead and Change Analyst• Manages and tracks overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, KPIs• Works across functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities
Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?
Key Skills/Experience Required
• Education: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales• Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point• Software: Blue Yonder, SAP, Salesforce (preferred)• Language: Spanish / English fluent• Experience with large scale change initiatives• Effective written and verbal communication• Project management and leadership skills• Experience deploying IT Tools and solutions in operations (preferred)• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills• Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively• Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization
