Settlement Administrative Assistant|Part time

Overview

Settlement Administrator / Cashier contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages North America by processing all Full-Service Vending transactions, process location deposits, place location coin orders, ability to process check scanning/ deposits, support with reconciliation of daily route activities of delivery drivers.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, accurately count and process deposits from daily vending business
  • Support with delivery route paperwork/ payments and against Settlement Receipts and record in SAP (Perform/ process refunds to customers, insufficient funds process, support tickets)
  • Audit Daily Delivery Documents to ensure compliance to PBNA guidelines
  • Process insufficient funds
  • Maintain detailed tracker for Daily Delivery route variances/ missing POD’s using Sharepoint/ Excel spreadsheet and follow through with Delivery Supervisors to resolve variances within 48 hours
  • Provide a weekly review and analysis of non-compliant and variance trends
  • Prepare daily bank deposits for GEO/ Full-Service Vending activity
  • Liaise and provide support as required to the local Finance Administrators group
  • General administration support functions as needed
  • Coordinate replenishment of supplies
  • Must be able to lift 5 lbs to 15 lbs consistently/Bend & Squat often

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,100 - $55,700
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
  • Previous SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting concepts
  • Knowledge of grocery store proof of delivery process a plus
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ownership and initiative to ensure a safe and functional work environment within the settlement office
  • Capability to work independently and under time constraints with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
