Role Overview: This role will support our PepsiCo Kroger Senior Vice President, leadership team, and manage the day to day activities of our PepsiCo Kroger customer team office. Responsibilities include partnering with Customer (Kroger) executive assistants, coordinating calendars, organizing critical customer meetings and events, preparing meeting agendas, arranging travel, reconciling expenses, and other key tasks that help the Kroger leadership team run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendars and travel itineraries for SVPGM as well as provide secondary support for their teams
  • Manage logistics for on and off-site meetings (scheduling, catering, IT/AV liaison, conference room management, Teams)
  • Coordinate critical customer meetings and Develop professional relationships with Kroger executive assistants
  • Manage professional communications through phone, email and mail 
  • Manage all invoice payments in a timely manner
  • Maintain organizational charts, phone lists, email distribution lists and other team information
  • Support International, Domestic and Corporate Aviation travel planning, including itinerary creation
  • Interact with all levels of the organization and broader global teams on calendar planning, special requests, and office support while visiting or Pepsico offices
  • Prepare documents, correspondence and share out with key stakeholders as necessary
  • Other duties include handling information requests, receiving visitors, and other day-to-day office management responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely reconciliation of monthly T&E and P-Card through Concur and invoice processing/submissions in SAP
  • Provide support on special projects and ad hoc needs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Past experience supporting C-suite and/or VP+ leaders highly preferred
  • Ability to function well in a team environment, display professional maturity and interact with all levels of leadership
  • Ideal candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills, including outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consistently demonstrates a “can do” attitude with “no job too small” mentality and an impeccable standard of excellence
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create, and implement action plans, and monitor progress towards goals
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects; able to multi-task without loss of efficiency, including the ability to make clear and timely decisions
  • Results-oriented with the capability to complete assignments in a timely manner, with the ability to pivot and react to changing priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
  • Ability to travel for meetings and work overtime if needed
  • This role will be based out of our Montgomery, Ohio office.
