Lab Tech - Night Shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: But not limited to:
- Work in a safe manner at all times
- Work effectively within the team environment
- Understanding of all quality programs inside the Quality Assurance Program Manual
- Identify quality gaps and action plan at the Quality Wall
- Point person for site & shift regarding minimum of 1 Quality aspect (ie Consumer Complaints, Foreign Matter)
- Capable of inputting quality data into online Quality Systems (ie TSO)
- Capable in all testing methods for the site
- Responsible for ensuring all tests/walls are completed in a timely manner
- Full knowledge and understanding of the Hold system
- Calibrate lab equipment
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- High level of interaction with other team members
- Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Leadership Skills
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Takes ownership of job function
- Mature, responsible, good judgment, attention to details/organizational skills
- Takes initiative, self-starter, quick learner, willing to learn new skills
- Open minded, works well under pressure, good at problem solving
- Flexible to meet needs/requirements
