Dispatch Center Administrative Assistant C-Shift

• Tracking of Inbound and Outbound trailers/loads, including the use of ICS & DPS-TMAP/ SAP /Dynamic Yard Systems.
• Assist OTR (over the road) drivers in locating/placing trailers in lot
• Utilize Dynamic Yard System to ensure accurate trailer inventory on site
• Provide direction/assistance to incoming common carrier drivers
• Prepare Common Carrier and Network manifests / billing
• Scheduling of unlike trailers
• Tracking unlike trailer exchanges
• Leverage SOPs to minimize dwell time and reduce site detention charges
• Execution and Maintenance of site security processes and documentation
• Must be willing to cover other shifts and work overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.

• Ability to Handle Multiple Phone Lines
• CB and two-way radios
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Software
• Knowledge of ICS (Warehouse Inventory Control System) a plus
