Dispatch Center Administrative Assistant C-Shift
Responsibilities- Tracking of Inbound and Outbound trailers/loads, including the use of ICS & DPS-TMAP/ SAP /Dynamic Yard Systems.
- Assist OTR (over the road) drivers in locating/placing trailers in lot
- Utilize Dynamic Yard System to ensure accurate trailer inventory on site
- Provide direction/assistance to incoming common carrier drivers
- Prepare Common Carrier and Network manifests / billing
- Scheduling of unlike trailers
- Tracking unlike trailer exchanges
- Leverage SOPs to minimize dwell time and reduce site detention charges
- Execution and Maintenance of site security processes and documentation
- Must be willing to cover other shifts and work overtime as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850.

- Ability to Handle Multiple Phone Lines
- CB and two-way radios
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Software
- Knowledge of ICS (Warehouse Inventory Control System) a plus
