Overview

This position will work in the Supply Chain Planning Team. More specifically, they’ll be working in the Service Execution team, working closely with the Service Execution Manager. The candidate should possess strong technical, analytical and computer skills. Possess a high degree of initiative, sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion. The ideal candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail. Candidate should display a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Primary duties to include, but not limited to, the following:
  • Understanding Fill Rate Risk (FRR) across all Canadian locations
  • Actioning movement of product to address FRR
  • Working closely with each Region Service Manager towards solving FRR.
  • Full ownership of the national innovation ordering for production/non-produced order end-to-end
  • Work with Short-term Capacity manager and Service Managers on a daily connect to understand if interzone product moves required to support the Service and Execution for Canada
  • Update and improve weekly reports leveraged by Product Supply team
  • Work with MBS team on add-cut portal process and towards actioning FRR
  • Support non-produced ordering process and lead meetings with producing sites
  • Support SAP ordering process for all type of products
  • Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5yrs experience in Frito Lay supply chain with DRP/SAP programs familiarity preferred
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Quantitative business analysis
  • Highly proactive individual, adept at problem solving and who has a proven track record of acting under own initiative
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong team player with a flair for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
  • Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
