Responsibilities

Ensure effective coordination of the Customer Collaboration Team for Demand Planning. This team should be the main contact point for all Demand and Forecasting activities with further extension to the whole Order To Cash Flow. Main focus should be on driving continuous improvement of the Service level and FA across OT customers, by engaging all the functions in reducing the respective losses. Establish, lead and maintain iSOP process.

  • Create and manage the demand forecasts  0-24 months of the customers in JDA 
  • Collaborate with Statistical forecasting SSC team to develop these forecasts
  • Understanding and verification of advanced statistical modelling changes to the baseline, as proposed by SSC Statistical forecasting
  • Manage the forecast enrichment process (Promotions and NPD’s) and align volumes with Sales & Marketing
  • Analyze relationship between promotional activities, new products introductions and seasonal impact on product demand to achieve accurate forecast. 
  • Track all promo activities and their effectiveness related to volumes & timing accuracy
  • Perform demand supply control: Ensure that  unconstrained demand forecast is aligned with supply ability – and in case of gap to coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders/client
  • Lead and prepare needed materials for the Baltics Demand Review (DMR), Demand Supply Control (D&SC), Weekly meeting Supply Chain & Sales and active participate on Baltics Supply Review (SMR)
  • Participate in the annual Budgeting Process
  • Establishment of forecasting process for Diamond & Gold Customers in line with customer collaboration agenda 
  • Lead SKU rationalization/optimization process (2 per year)
  • Analyzing & improving forecast accuracy and BIAS
  • Prepare and secure regular follow up for all promo/NPD initiatives on weekly level and as a part of Ready-Steady-Go approach (Activation Board) 
  • PO’s creation for triangular Sales (with Distributors) leading and processing within system (SAP) and other PO’s creation
  • Act as a key user for JDA/prolink – Demand planning stream when implementation start
  • Key user in IBP process implementation and execution
  • Interact extensively with Sales and Finance teams, category supply planning, contribute analysis for portfolio optimization
  • Organize weekly meetings with Sales and Marketing in all three countries
  • Provide regular reports (FA, KPI reports etc.) 
  • Lead BU Demand Planning Capability Agenda supported by CoE
  • Constantly find ways to decline costs and expenses in all areas of logistics
  • Lift and shift of best practices from Demand Planning area
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree level, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years Supply Chain experience in preferable FMCG
  • Additional certificates like APICS-CPIM and Lean Six Sigma are an advantage
  • Able to manage and lead change and driving continuous improvement
  • Quickly analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
  • Transforms data and information into meaningful insights
  • Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains
  • Computer literate:  Excel, Word, Power Point & solid understanding of demand planning systems, SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of local and English language
