Your day to day with us:
- Develop and execute the Traditional Trade calendar for Snacks, optimizing Direct and Indirect Routes while aligning with consumer trends and sales regulations.
- Integrate shopper, consumer, and client needs to maximize business impact, ensuring a strong market presence.
- Clearly communicate the Channel calendar to Sales teams, prioritizing key messages for maximum effectiveness.
- Analyze and share valuable market intelligence with Marketing, Shopper, Revenue, and Sales teams to fuel strategic decision-making.
- Present performance insights and key analyses in high-level forums, including TT Staffs and sales meetings.
- Design and implement cost-effective, high-impact point-of-sale (POS) materials that drive shopper engagement.
- Develop programs and initiatives to drive Net Revenue and Profit growth within the Traditional Trade channel.
- Identify new opportunities and create strategic channel programs to achieve long-term business objectives and in-store excellence.
What will you need to succeed?
- 4+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Category Management, or Marketing.
- Cross-functional expertise, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive business impact.
- Strong influencing skills, capable of effectively communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, balancing short-term sales goals with long-term brand growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
