This is a new role designed to drive business growth in the Fuel territory of GCR snacks
- Support line manager to develop entry strategy to expand our portfolio footprint into Fuel space, identify clear where to play and how to win in light with our org. rights to win
- Support Develop consumer-centric innovation pipeline, brand building and business roadmap
- Lead to develop and implement launch plan, partnering with X-functions
- Support line manager to drive the E2E execution flawlessly through close partnership with X-function teams
- Lead to develop strategy to quickly expand PEP’s footprint into fuel space in biscuits and extended categories
- Support to develop PEP’s enter Fuel space strategy, identifying where to play and how to win with company’s rights to win; lay out the roadmap of future fuel portfolio and business path
- Support to develop solid Fuel innovation strategy and pipelines, identifying innovation opty. based on deep consumer insight to support our ‘enter fuel’ agenda
- Incubate future innovation of Fuel solutions through novelty model: agile innovation, channel focused test & learn, and market-based scale-up.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver the best creative content efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with sales team to ensure successful landing of new campaigns (and products) into the market
- Bachalor degree or above
- 6 year+ solid brand marketing experience with consumer centric mindset and strong business acumen
- Strong capability to build and execute strategies that deliver top and bottom line results; P&L decisions. Keeping revenues and cost in balance. Making the tough financial decisions
- Ability to build and execute brand plans and innovation pipeline through essential strong marketing and innovation skills
- Snacks brand marketing and business building experience
- Experience in SNK’s Fuel solution categories, including biscuit, Rice Cracker etc
- Innovation expertise, with detailed process knowledge across functions
- Strong business acumen, end-to-end commercial mindset
- Strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team, build strong organization capability and talent and create a trust and engaging environment
- Strong background in innovation and portfolio management
