This role support the day to day activities related with 3PL management: inventory, inventory reconciliation, freight coordination; responsible for coordinating the bookings for the Sales orders dispatch, support with reports to the rest of the supply chain team.
BCP (business continuity planning) management and follow-up on all delivery related process for assigned markets. Responsible to create timely delivery note for all shipments and ensure on time PGI (Post Good Issue) for all created deliveries. Close monitoring and management of weekly backorder reporting and potential failure for meeting agreed SLA (Shelf-Life Agreement) with respective markets. Prepare and send all relevant ship documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance at destination country. To support any logistics-related requirements to meet with destination country clearance requirements.
Responsibilities1. Primary Execute Activities including:
- Transportation
- Manage bookings for PI sales order dispatch
- Executing and ensuring that the “ZERO Freight report” is done on a timely manner
- Create delivery schedule for inbound and outbound
- BCP related shipment arrangement & shipping documents for customer
- Execute Interplant transfers for all required RM
- Update freight rates per RFQ timeline and upon changes
- Manage daily operational interactions with 3PL
- Inventory reconciliation
- OT management for transportation and Operations
- Pallet projection and storage management and analysis
- Implement and maintain supply chain metrics dashboard
- Process optimization
- Ensure weekly cycle count & yearly stock take activity in line with PGCS business requirement
- Inventory report generation and coordination with stakeholders
2. Primary Co-ordinate activities including:
- Ensure timely adherence to weekly supply chain planning cycle
- Ensure completion of process documentation and adherence to controls management
3. Participate in development and implementation of new area processes and improvements.4. Adherence to all PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements is a requirement of this role5. Meet all internal & external compliance responsibilities including Purchasing Policy requirements, GCS, SOX & AIBI
Qualifications1. Education or Professional Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in in a relevant Supply Chain discipline
2. Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in S&D environment
3. Knowledge and job skills
- SAP MM and PP modules
- Report generation in SAP BI/BO
- Strong Excel capabilities
