Main purpose:
- This position is responsible for handling the utilities and WWTP operation, maintenance
- Responsible for Legal compliances related to Utilities ensuring the PepsiCo engineering, safety and quality standards.
- The role will provide the support for Site Electrical Maintenance including the design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting of Electrical Equipment.
Accountibilities:
- Lead the Utilities and WWTP Operation team to ensure the in-time service
- Ensure the 100% Compliance to Preventive Maintenance Schedules of the Equipment’s
- Zero Base Budgeting for AOP and spend as per the budget allocation
- Ensure <5% Breakdowns with Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
- Devise people Development program for the DR’s
- Release the maintenance plans to ensure the safety Near Miss CAPA, Quality CAPA, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown handling
- Ensure Sustainability metrics i.e. Water and Energy on track
- Ensure no Critical Non Confirmance in EHS, AIBI and BQA Audit in Utilities area
- Track and carry out continuous improvement to improve functional efficiencies
- Ensure 100% Legal Compliance of Utilities Equipment’s i.e. Boiler, HT Installation, Pressure Vessels, WWTP, DG and HSD
- Support maintenance of all the electrical Equipment at site by building Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Charts and handling breakdowns
- Support the design and installation of Electrical Equipment at site
Key Skills/Experience Required:
The applicant should be graduate in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with minimum 5-6 years of experience or Diploma with 10-15 years of experience in handling Utilities Operation and MaintenanceDifferentiating Competencies Required
- Should have knowledge on Process Industry and related Equipment
- Experience on managing suppliers to achieve on time and on cost performance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner, with precise attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Participate in small group activities for various improvement initiatives
- Must demonstrate Safety attributes as per PepsiCo & Site’s EHS guidelines.
