- As Turkey superuser for gTMS, to ensure smooth availability of the tool and keeping the tool up to date.
- Periodic training of teams for effective usage of gTMS (131 contractors-direct reports, 21 HQ, 53 unionized frontline)
- Monitoring Triomobil GPS tracking system and management of rental fleet 3PL team
- Provide data tracking of daily planning and executions of 150M loads from 6 Plant WHs and 7 Overflow WHs to achieve high service and low cost performance within the target.
- Report and improve the transportation process in line with AOP, provide visibility to finance and commercial teams based on SKU basis
- Check&report of reconciliations with carriers in the scope of GCS based on loads and total costs
- Provide transportation data to Supply Chain, Sales, Productivity, EU Move and IBP teams
- Review the transportation process, update and improve process documentation and eliminate non-value added services. Analyzing the rental fleet operation and provide solutions for opportunities
- Take an active role in common projects that are carried out in conjunction with the supply chain and commercial
- Supporting the sustainability and pep+ agenda
- Increasing visibility by transferring all daily and monthly transportation reports to PowerBi
- Report and analyze Turkey Transportation CO2 emissions by using the Transporeon
- Closely tracking/tracing the carrier performance and KPIs, Operate performance-based bonus/malus mechanism and communicate with carriers
- Create and manage transportation projects to support productivity agenda, Collaborating with Sector team to apply best practices to TR
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English/Turkish
