ResponsibilitiesWhat we’re looking for:
- Project Manage all data and consumer engagement activities, to ensure projects are executed timely and according to best practice.
- Bring multiple stakeholders from all parts of the business together for a common goal and ensure everyone remains on track.
- Manage Digital Marketing Platforms which are consumer facing, ensuring these platforms are compliant and consumer centric.
- Support digital marketing projects across all brands (SA P01)
- Project manage all interactive website, platforms and consumer engagement tools
- Manage and monitor all first party data touchpoints, ensuring we are tracking towards KPIs
- Build a relationship with Digital Agencies, Brand, WSP, SFMC, Sector and Global Teams to ensure projects kick off in a timely manner, following all best practices and Pepsico compliance.
- Responsible for time management and roll out plan of all digital platform projects.
- Responsible for platform performance reporting and recommendations. Including SEO, Google Analytics, Cookie tracking, Lead Generation, First Party Data etc.
- Responsible for First Party Data platforms strategy and optimizations.
- Project Manager needs to manage and be accountable for all stakeholders coming together to deliver the expected outcomes. From Brief, to development, to delivery and reporting.
- Provide status reports to multiple stakeholders, on multiple tools (IT, Marketing, SFMC, Web developers)
- Find and unlock efficiencies in terms of matrix Way’s of Working
- Deliver on scale digital & interactive platforms to drive reach and drive deep consumer engagement.
- Working together with brand teams, ensure data and engagement deliverables are met and aligned with overall marketing goals /objectives.
- Execute digital annual operating plans in line with brand plans and KPIs.
- Responsible for achieving Personalisation at scale and first party data KPIs in partnership with brand teams.
- Management and auditing of brand websites and competitions.
- Manage platforms tools access in line with Pepsico policy.
What will qualify you for the role:
- 4-6 years experience in digital project management, advantageous if it is with Website development or consumer engagement platforms.
- Bcom Business Management, or Bcom Project Management or Bcom Marketing or IT Project Management or similar.
- Familiar with Project Management tools and techniques
- Familiar with digital performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
- Interest in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and strong filing or record keeping skills
- Go getter and sense of urgency to get results.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and need to advice through influence across multiple teams rather than by managerial lines.
