Обязанности:

• Carries out sampling, prepares samples for research on milk and dairy products
• Conducts physico-chemical analysis of the quality of milk and dairy products in accordance with the requirements of established research methods and regulatory documents on technological processes.
• Notifies the quality management manager of any deviations from control indicators.
• Controls the concentration of equipment washing and disinfection solutions.
• Ensures the washing of laboratory utensils after conducting research and prepares them for subsequent work.
• Maintains a detailed laboratory journal and other documents on milk and dairy products.

Требования:

• Vocational/higher education in chemistry or food technology
• Work experience in laboratory work, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards AIB, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22 000 FSSC
• Fluent in Georgian, English is desirable
• Detail-orientation
• Flexible
• Ready to work on a 12-hour shift schedule (day and night shifts)
