in our SWE Snacks Marketing Team based in Barcelona.

Your mission:
In this role you will drive the growth and success of Lay's Gourmet in Spain, by defining and executing brand strategies, communication plans, and innovations. Additionally, you will play a key role in aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives, build brand equity, and optimize the market performance while managing budgets and evaluating the results against the KPIs.
ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:
- Define brand growth strategy & AOP plans for Lay's Gourmet and Oven Baked to keep elevating the snacks category in alignment with cross functional Europe and Business Unit category teams.
- Deliver on the annual business plan objectives (NR, SOM, Profit), whilst continuously building the brand equity and penetration.
- Track the Lay's Gourmet and Oven Baked brand performance and make recommendations to course correct where and when needed.
- Define and implement the communication strategy: brief and execution both ATL (TV & Digital) and BTL.
- Drive the implementation of efficient and impactful media plans while managing the marketing budget to maximize working expenditures effectively.
- Oversee the local innovation, execution, product refreshes, and customer-specific promotions, ensuring alignment with the steps-gate process.
- Influence key account plans, promotional calendar, and pack price architecture in alignment with the Revenue Management, Trade and Sales teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and equipped with key information to support effective decision-making.
What will you need to succeed?
- +6 years of experience in a similar role in marketing in the FMCG business or Luxury industry.
- Creative mindset and attraction to the premium world.
- Good communication skills, ability to inspire and lead others.
- Team player and open minded to other cultures.
- Strong analytical skills, growth mindset and digital expertise.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
