Your mission:

In this role you will provide he correct provision of the service of the activities of the role for Retail customers, following the established procedures (DTPs) and in accordance with the SWE Credit Policies. 

Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:

  • SAP project support in Customer Management.
  • Complete necessary data in the Customer Master File for Credit customer management.
  • Support the Customer Management team in reviewing and testing scenarios.
  • Work with Excel databases to complete data for loading into the new system.
  • Reconcile databases, assisting in the understanding and results of data transformation from one system to another. Report results in an organized and understandable manner.
  • Validate that all required tests are performed, check the results, and report, trying to propose solutions in case of failures.
Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

  • Good knowledge of administrative support tools, especially Excel.
  • Organizational and task planning skills.
  • Meticulousness in data analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate level of English. Ability to read, understand, and write to report results.
