- Tingalpa-based location
- Permanent Full Time Afternoon Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm.
- $50+ an hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15 employees to achieve line performance against KPI’s while providing direction and coaching to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Support with relief duties, rostering, reports, and training of team members.
- Act as the first point of contact and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Promote and enforce safety procedures are followed, and safety issues are addressed promptly.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with Front line manager.
- Provide technical guidance and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with all the departments to support business needs and outcomes
About you:
- Proven team leadership and coordination experience.
- Ability to manage multiple work activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and process control monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trust and cooperation.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential).
