Stock Availability Management: Ensure the right stock is in the right place by monitoring daily plans vs. forecasts, enabling smooth shipping from distribution centers to customers.
Inventory Optimization (DOH): Keep inventory levels aligned with targets; identify deviations and implement corrective action plans.
Risk Monitoring & Obsolescence Prevention: Track stock evolution to avoid out-of-stocks, overstock, obsolescence, and process exceptions.
DRP Parameter Management: Set up, maintain, and resolve exceptions in planning systems (SAP/JDA) across different levels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand planning, category planning, DC managers, and central warehouse logistics to ensure alignment.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis, maintain key operational reports (STO, DOH, obsoletes), support improvement projects, and act as a backup for fellow planners.
- Master/ bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Business Engineering or Economic Sciences
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or demand planning
- Good working knowledge of MS Office package, in particular Excel.
- Proactivity and iniciative with a problem solving mindset
- Good communication skills, easily integrates in a dynamic team
- Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
