This Full-Time position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with the increased responsibility of managing a team! This key position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities while providing support within the Great Plains market to individual locations, the GMAS and other market leadership as needed. This position will provide oversight for period end results, while providing support for direct reports in the areas of cashiering and settlement, accounts receivable and payable, and departmental Global Controls standards compliance along with other duties and SME responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities- Supports Market Staff & Administrative Team driving by business results and Control & Compliance standards
- Coaching and providing feedback on performance to direct reports
- Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned Market targets
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues
- Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff
- Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives-ensure participation and compliance with initiatives
- Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage
- Establish measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions for Administrative Team
- Provides training and develops capability of Administrative Team
- Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure
- Processing and approving payroll for Administrative Team
- Provide guidance and assistance with location frontline payroll that follows market practice/policy as needed
- Provide support
- Other tasks as requested
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800

- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of financial experience
- 3+ years as a Team Leader
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Develop, motivate and lead Market Administrative team
- Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others (internal & external)
- Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills – Sensitivity with handling confidential information.
- Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments accurately in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in regards to Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
- Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and high level of initiative
