The four regions of PepsiCo Brazil
PepsiCo Brazil is divided into the following regions: PepsiCo Sul (which is Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Paraná); PepsiCo São Paulo; PepsiCo East (which is Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo); and PepsiCo Coneno (which is 19 states in midwestern, northeastern and northern Brazil).

Inclusivity, visibility
Racial diversity and equal opportunity for Black people are fundamental priorities in Brazil. PepsiCo Brazil makes diversity and inclusion a strong point of focus, with a goal of having 30% of leadership positions held by Black people by 2025. Inclusion initiatives — racial literacy, mentoring, antiracist awareness and diverse employee resource groups — also play a role.
Ending stereotypes, developing leaders
Throughout Latin America, PepsiCo helps working women do more. Examples include hiring women in sales and operations in Brazil (and other countries) to overcome the misconception that these roles could only be held by men. PepsiCo also recruits older women and women ready to return to the workplace.
