Deliver key reporting and analysis of performance by Channel, Key Customer and Sales Area to empower decision-making for China Foods Commercial team. Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for growth and productivity
ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine reports for market understanding, inventory status, VPO and sales tracking to support growth and performance management
- Support data analysis for MOR, KA team and customer review + Prepare monthly POR data
- Develop on-demand reports, leveraging databases and reporting platforms (eg: Power BI) for ease-of-access and enhanced visualization
- Collate and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, customers and sales areas. Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders on a monthly basis and in a clear, concise and professional manner
- Partner with stakeholders to continually revise and refine reporting requirements, ensuring outputs remain relevant, meaningful and user-friendly to best support decision-making
- Support Commercial Analytics functional excellence, helping to evaluate new technologies to improve capability of service offering
People Responsibilities:
- Develop winning relationships with MU/HQ Commercial teams and PepsiCo customers, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
- Support the Sales Reporting & Analytics Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
- Degree qualified with min. 2 years’ experience within FMCG company
- Builds robust and successful working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient with databases and reporting tools (Eg: SAP, Excel and Power BI)
- Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical tools, (AI an advantage)
