We hold a strong New Zealand footprint with our Bluebird products and currently have an exciting opportunity to lead our New Zealand Business as General Manager.
Responsibilities- Full P&L ownership for the delivery of Strategic Growth Plans to accelerate top and bottom-line performance
- Drive top-Line business results to deliver against KPI’s
- Champion PepsiCo people processes that attract, develop and retain top talent
- Lead and develop short and long- term strategic plans of the business
- Represent the New Zealand business in all internal and external forums
- Bachelors Degree Minimum.
- Senior leadership experience heading sales and/or category teams, within FMCG environment, across both Grocery & Non- Grocery channels.
- Strong analytical skills
- A strong commercial background to drive top line sales
- Ability to influence in a matrix organisation
