Responsibilities- New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities across the Auckland region and build relationships that lead to lasting business growth.
- Grow Key Independent Customers: Work directly with our key independent customers, helping them grow their sales and develop long-term, successful partnerships.
- Collaboration with Key Account Managers: Team up with Key Account Managers to support national accounts, while also engaging regional stakeholders, key distributors, and customers to maximise every opportunity.
- Sales Execution: Execute dynamic sales strategies within the Traditional Trade sector to help drive growth across both new and existing business.
- Industry Savvy: You’re familiar with the New Zealand impulse and convenience trade channel, and you know how to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Analytical & Strategic: You’re comfortable evaluating sales opportunities, managing pricing through the approval process, and turning strategies into results.
- Relationship Builder: You thrive on connecting with people, whether it’s with internal teams, key independent customers, or distributors, and you know how to keep those relationships strong.
- Results-Driven: You’re a natural influencer with the ability to negotiate at all levels and consistently hit your sales targets.
