Due to an internal promotion, we now have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as Platform Manager for our Snack-Hub app. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the Snack-Hub app, used by our commercial customers to purchase products. You will act as the key communication link between Bluebird Head Office, Snack-Hub users and the Field Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the app across New Zealand. As the primary manager, your focus will be on driving adoption, fostering user engagement, and optimising performance to boost sales turnover, volume and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with our global teams to help shape the future of Snack-Hub, contributing to new features and enhancements that will improve the user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Snack-Hub app in New Zealand, ensuring it operates efficiently and delivers a seamless experience for users.
  • Develop and drive the strategic direction for Snack-Hub, focusing on growth, user engagement, and platform optimisation.
  • Maintain a monthly metrics dashboard to track performance and usage trends.Prepare and present monthly reports on app performance and user engagement to the NZ Leadership Team.
  • Manage pricing and promotional updates on Snack-Hub to drive engagement and sales.Handle customer and Master Data maintenance to ensure smooth app operations.
  • Provide ad-hoc extracts and controls reporting as needed to support decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand Impulse/Convenience Trade Channel.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG with distributor sales.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and achieve results through others.
  • Experience with software integration and system management.
  • Successful track record in staff training and driving positive behaviour change.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and planning skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
