Job Overview
In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the shopper marketing campaign planning overview. You will also detail & manage the production process for retail media tools in collaboration with Shopper Marketing team in the market, including feedback rounds and approvals coordination.
Responsibilities- Close cooperation with Shopper Marketing team in terms of retail media tools creation
- Creating briefs for the retail media tools, based on requirements and guidelines provided by Shopper Marketeers and according to key visuals and toolkits for specific campaigns
- Manage the production of different retail media assets e.g. instore and online banners, advertisements in magazines, video content etc.
- Collaboration with local Account Managers and designers to create the final retail media tools
- Collaboration with external agencies
- Monitoring and coordinating feedback related to production
- Facilitating feedback rounds and approvals with relevant stakeholders
- Delivering final assets to retailers and making sure deadlines are met
- Being a point of contact for retailers and Shopper Marketeers in case any changes in the assets are required
- Coordinate assets upload to Digital Asset Management platform
- Continuous improvement of shopper marketing processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in working as an account manager in a creative and production agency or shopper/trade marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter – ability to manage new processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of Dutch will be an advantage
- Powerpoint, Photoshop or other graphic design tool skills
