How do I prepare for my PepsiCo Interview?
How do I prepare for my PepsiCo Interview?
Learn about PepsiCo and the role before your interview. Review the job description carefully and come ready with examples that show your skills and experience.
Success at PepsiCo centers around five leadership principles we call the GREAT5 - our framework for what it takes to be a great leader.
These principles define what it means to grow, lead, and make an impact, no matter your role. In your interview, we’ll ask you to share real examples that show how you bring these principles to life.
Growth – reflects a person's curiosity and ability to learn from novel situations by constantly pushing outside their comfort zone and helping others to learn and develop.
Relationships – involves building and maintaining trusting relationships across organizational boundaries by modeling integrity, transparency and authenticity, and being respectful and inclusive of others.
Execution – is the energy, enthusiasm and inspiration an individual brings to motivate others to action and to accomplish ambitious goals. It is simplifying complexity to drive quality results.
Agility – is about adapting one’s style and approach to an ever-changing business environment, managing pressure, and embracing and championing change to drive transformation.
Thinking – reflects how an employee brings in and uses external insights (business, customer or consumer, industry, global), thinks creatively, and takes a long-term and holistic perspective to make informed decisions.
We want to get to know the real you. Share what motivates you, what you’re passionate about, and how your experiences have helped you grow, collaborate, and make an impact.
Many of our interviews take place virtually, so set yourself up for success:
- Test your camera, audio, and internet connection ahead of time
- Find a quiet, well-lit space where you won’t be interrupted
- Dress as you would do for an in-person interview
- Keep the job description and your notes nearby, and water within reach
Interviews are a two-way conversation. Ask questions about the role, team, culture, and growth opportunities. After your interview, follow our social channels and join our Talent Community to stay connected and hear about future opportunities.
We want every candidate to feel supported throughout the interview process. If you need reasonable accommodation or adjustment at any stage, please contact us at TAServiceDeliveryandH2O@pepsico.com so we can help provide the best possible interview experience.
How do I know if a PepsiCo job offer is real?
As you look for your next opportunity, PepsiCo wants you to be aware of fraudulent job postings and fake recruiter emails. Scammers frequently post bogus jobs that can be difficult to spot, using the PepsiCo name and branding to create fake but realistic-looking social media posts, websites and look-alike email addresses, and even posing as recruiters or employees of our company. These scammers are neither legitimate nor affiliated with PepsiCo in any way.
Be suspicious if…
- You haven't applied for a job with PepsiCo but receive an offer of employment.
- Anything seems even slightly out of place on the website or message.
- There are misspellings or grammatical errors in the communication.
- You receive requests for sensitive personal information such as account numbers, or requests to access accounts, transfer funds, make or receive payments to/from a third party of any kind.
If you have questions regarding the authenticity of any recruitment communication or job offer, please contact us here.
